赛博1代 App 隐私政策
本政策说明赛博1代 App 在连接和控制机器狗时如何处理信息。
1. 适用范围
本政策适用于由 Hangzhou Cyberstar Co, Ltd. 提供的赛博1代（Cyber 1）iOS App。该 App 是赛博1代机器狗的配套控制工具。
2. 我们是否收集个人数据
赛博1代 App 的核心功能无需互联网或开发者账号。我们不会通过本 App 收集、存储或向开发者服务器传输姓名、手机号、电子邮箱、精确位置、通讯录、广告标识符、控制记录、语音内容或视频内容。
机器狗状态、控制指令、摄像头画面和语音数据仅在用户的 iPhone 与机器狗所在的 Wi-Fi 局域网中直接传输，不会由我们接收或保存。
3. 权限及用途
本地网络
用于发现或连接赛博1代机器狗，发送控制指令，并接收设备状态、摄像头画面和音频数据。拒绝该权限后，App 无法连接机器狗。
麦克风
仅在用户主动使用语音对讲功能时录制声音，并通过本地网络发送到机器狗播放。App 不会在后台秘密录音，也不会将录音上传到开发者服务器。
照片
仅在用户主动保存机器狗摄像头截图或录屏时，将文件写入系统照片图库。App 不会扫描或上传照片图库中的其他内容。
设备电量
App 可能读取 iPhone 的当前电量，用于在控制界面显示设备状态。该数据仅在设备本地使用。
4. 本地保存的数据
App 可能在设备本地保存语言偏好、连接设置和界面设置。用户保存的截图和录屏由 Apple 照片 App 管理。卸载 App 可删除 App 本地数据；照片图库中的内容可由用户自行删除。
5. 广告、分析和追踪
本 App 不包含广告，不使用跨 App 或跨网站追踪技术，也不使用广告标识符进行画像或定向投放。当前版本不向开发者服务器发送分析或崩溃数据。
6. 数据共享与跨境传输
由于我们不通过本 App 收集个人数据，因此不会出售个人数据，不会与广告商共享个人数据，也不会通过本 App 对个人数据进行跨境传输。用户设备与机器狗之间的局域网通信由用户自行控制。
7. 儿童隐私
本 App 不以收集儿童个人数据为目的。儿童应在监护人指导和安全看护下使用机器狗硬件。
8. 安全提示
建议仅连接可信的机器狗 Wi-Fi 网络，不要在不可信网络中操作设备。请在开阔、安全的环境中使用机器狗，并确保人员、宠物和易损物品与设备保持安全距离。
9. 政策变更
如果 App 的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本政策及生效日期。若变化涉及新的数据收集，我们会在适用情况下请求用户同意。

Cyber 1 App Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Cyber 1 iOS app provided by Hangzhou Cyberstar Co, Ltd. The app is a companion controller for the Cyber 1 robot.
2. Personal Data
The core app works without Internet access or a developer account. We do not collect or transmit names, phone numbers, email addresses, precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, control history, voice content, or video content to our servers.
Robot status, control commands, camera video, and voice data travel directly between the user's iPhone and robot on the same local Wi-Fi network. We do not receive or retain that content.
3. Permissions
Local Network
Used to find or connect to the robot, send control commands, and receive device status, camera video, and audio. The app cannot connect to the robot when this permission is denied.
Microphone
Used only when the user starts voice intercom. Audio is sent to the robot over the local network for playback and is not uploaded to developer servers.
Photos
Used only when the user saves a screenshot or recording from the robot camera. The app does not scan or upload other photo library content.
Device Battery
The current iPhone battery level may be read and displayed locally in the control interface.
4. Local Storage
The app may store language, connection, and interface preferences on the device. Screenshots and recordings are managed by Apple Photos. Uninstalling the app removes app-local data; users can delete saved media in Photos.
5. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
The app contains no advertising, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not use advertising identifiers. The current version does not send analytics or crash data to developer servers.
6. Sharing and International Transfers
Because the app does not collect personal data, we do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or transfer it internationally through the app.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is not designed to collect children's personal data. Children should operate the robot only with adult supervision.
8. Security
Connect only to a trusted robot Wi-Fi network. Operate the robot in a clear, safe area away from people, pets, and fragile objects.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when app data practices change. We will update the effective date and request consent where required.
