赛博1代 App 技术支持
查看连接步骤、权限说明和常见问题。核心功能需要兼容的赛博1代机器狗。
连接机器狗
- 启动赛博1代机器狗，等待设备完成启动。
- 打开 iPhone 的“设置”>“Wi-Fi”，连接机器狗指定的无线网络。
- 返回赛博1代 App，允许“本地网络”权限。
- 在准备/连接页面点击连接，等待 App 显示机器狗状态。
- 进入控制页面后再使用虚拟摇杆、动作和音视频功能。
权限说明
本地网络
连接机器狗所必需。若此前拒绝，请在 iPhone“设置”中找到赛博1代并开启“本地网络”。
麦克风
仅用于用户主动发起的语音对讲。拒绝后仍可使用不依赖语音的控制功能。
照片
用于保存用户主动生成的机器狗摄像头截图和录屏。拒绝后仍可观看实时画面，但无法保存到照片图库。
常见问题
无法连接机器狗
- 确认 iPhone 已连接机器狗指定的 Wi-Fi，而不是蜂窝网络或其他 Wi-Fi。
- 确认 App 的“本地网络”权限已开启。
- 确认机器狗已经完成启动，且没有被另一台控制设备占用。
- 关闭 App 后重新打开，必要时重启机器狗和 iPhone Wi-Fi。
看不到实时视频
- 确认机器狗摄像头视频开关已开启。
- 确认控制连接稳定，并等待视频服务完成初始化。
- 断开后重新连接机器狗。
语音对讲没有声音
- 确认已允许麦克风权限。
- 按住语音按钮说话，松开后等待语音发送完成。
- 检查 iPhone 和机器狗的音量设置。
外接手柄无响应
确认手柄已经在 iOS 系统中连接并可被识别。不同手柄的兼容情况可能不同；无法识别时请改用 App 内虚拟摇杆，并在邮件中提供手柄品牌、型号和 iOS 版本。
如何删除数据
本 App 不要求账号，主要设置保存在 iPhone 本地。卸载 App 可删除 App 本地数据；截图和录屏请在 Apple 照片 App 中删除。

Cyber 1 App Support
Cyber 1 is a companion controller for a compatible Cyber 1 robot. Core features require a local Wi-Fi connection to the robot.
Connect to the Robot
- Power on the Cyber 1 robot and wait for startup to complete.
- On iPhone, open Settings > Wi-Fi and join the robot's designated network.
- Return to Cyber 1 and allow Local Network access.
- Tap Connect and wait for robot status to appear.
- Open the control screen before using joysticks, actions, video, or voice.
Permissions
Local Network: Required to connect to and control the robot.
Microphone: Used only for voice intercom started by the user.
Photos: Used only to save screenshots or recordings requested by the user.
Troubleshooting
If the robot does not connect, confirm that iPhone is on the robot Wi-Fi network, Local Network permission is enabled, the robot has completed startup, and no other controller is using it. Restart the app and robot when needed.
If video or voice is unavailable, reconnect the robot and verify the relevant camera, microphone, and volume settings.
